Scorecards
SOPHIE provides two types of scorecards to track performance at different levels.
Practice Scorecard
The Practice Scorecard (part of Practice OS) tracks practice-wide KPIs like production, collections, new patients, and case acceptance. It's a strategic tool for leadership.
Key features:
- Custom metric definitions with targets
- Weekly data entry
- Historical trends and quarterly views
- CSV import for historical data

Team Performance Scorecard
The Team Performance Scorecard (accessed from Team Performance in the sidebar) measures individual and team-level operational metrics:
- Task completion rates
- SOP acknowledgement compliance
- Quality scores
- Engagement levels

How they work together

Together, these scorecards give you a complete picture: the Practice Scorecard shows whether your business is on track, while Team Performance shows whether your people are executing consistently.
Analysis Engine
Behind the scenes, SOPHIE's Analysis Engine calculates team performance scores and generates insights. It runs automatically when relevant events occur (SOP acknowledgements, task completions, etc.) and can also be triggered on a schedule.
