Template Library

The Template Library provides a collection of pre-built SOP templates designed specifically for dental practices. Instead of writing every SOP from scratch, you can import proven templates and customize them for your practice.

Browsing templates

Navigate to Library in the sidebar to browse available templates.

Filtering

Templates can be filtered by:

  • Category -- Clinical, Administrative, Compliance, Patient Care, etc.
  • Flow -- Patient, Admin, or Office
  • Frequency -- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
  • Regulatory source -- HIPAA, OSHA, etc.

Template preview

Click on any template to preview its content, including:

  • Full SOP text with step-by-step instructions
  • Suggested frequency and flow classification
  • Recommended roles and departments
  • Applicable regulatory references

Importing templates

Single import

Click Import on any template to add it to your workspace. You'll be prompted to:

  1. Assign roles responsible for the SOP
  2. Assign a department
  3. Optionally customize the content before saving

Bulk import

Select multiple templates using the checkboxes, then click Import Selected:

  1. Select all templates you want to import.
  2. In the import dialog, assign roles for each template.
  3. Click Import to add them all at once.

Imported templates are created as Draft SOPs in your workspace. You can then review, customize, and submit them for approval through the normal SOP workflow.
