Team Performance

Team Performance provides a comprehensive view of how your team is performing across key operational metrics.

Performance dashboard

Navigate to Team Performance in the sidebar to see team-wide analytics:

  • Bar chart -- Performance breakdown by metric category
  • Pie chart -- Team distribution across performance tiers
  • Individual scorecards -- Click through to see each team member's detailed metrics

Metric categories

Team performance is measured across four categories:

Each category contributes to an overall performance score.

Performance tiers

Team members are ranked into tiers based on their overall score:

AExceeding expectations across all categories
BMeeting expectations consistently
CBelow expectations in one or more areas
DNeeds significant improvement

Individual scorecards

Click on any team member to view their individual performance scorecard:

  • Scores for each metric category
  • Trend data over time
  • Comparison to team averages
  • Manager hierarchy (view their reports' performance)

Sorting and filtering

  • Sort by name, overall score, or individual metric categories
  • Filter by department or role
  • View manager hierarchies to see team leads and their direct reports

Using performance data

Performance analytics help you:

  • Identify team members who may need additional training or support
  • Recognize high performers
  • Track the impact of new SOPs on team compliance
  • Monitor trends after organizational changes
