Practice OS
Practice OS is SOPHIE's strategic planning module. It brings together vision setting, performance tracking, and quarterly planning into an integrated operating system for your practice.
Modules
Practice OS includes five interconnected modules:

Getting started
Access Practice OS from the Practice OS section in the sidebar. If this is your first time, SOPHIE guides you through a setup checklist:
- Complete your Practice Profile
- Define your Vision
- Set up your Scorecard metrics
- Create your first Quarterly Play
The dashboard shows your setup progress so you can track what's been configured.
Practice Profile
The Practice Profile captures key information about your practice:
- Practice name and locations
- Team size and composition
- Specialties offered
- Revenue and operational metrics
- Practice goals and focus areas
This profile is used by other Practice OS modules and by AI features (like Gap Analysis) to provide tailored recommendations.
Configure your profile from Practice OS > Profile or from Settings > Practice Profile.
