The SOPHIE dashboard is your personalized home screen, showing the information most relevant to your role and responsibilities.
Dashboard cards
The dashboard is built from configurable cards. Over 13 card types are available:

| Today's Work | Overview of today's scheduled procedures |
Personas
SOPHIE provides preset dashboard layouts based on your role:
- Admin -- Compliance overview, team workload, and pending approvals
- Manager -- Team performance, acknowledgement rates, and action items
- Team Member -- Personal SOPs, acknowledgements, and daily tasks
You can switch between personas or fully customize which cards appear on your dashboard.
Customization
- Click the Customize button on your dashboard.
- Add or remove cards.
- Rearrange cards by dragging them to your preferred position.
- Your layout is saved automatically.
Real-time updates
The dashboard updates in real time via SignalR. When a team member acknowledges a SOP, submits an approval, or completes a task, your dashboard reflects the change immediately without refreshing.
