Dashboard

The SOPHIE dashboard is your home screen. It shows the information most relevant to your role so you can see what needs attention the moment you sign in.

The left sidebar is how you move through SOPHIE. It stays visible on every page and gives you quick access to:

  • Home -- Your personalized dashboard (this page)
  • Inbox -- Notifications for approvals, comments, assignments, and other events
  • My Day -- Your personal acknowledgement and task view
  • SOPs -- Browse, search, and manage all SOPs in your workspace
  • Templates -- Access the SOP template library
  • Trash -- View and restore recently deleted SOPs

Additional sections in the sidebar include AI features, Team Performance, Practice OS, and Settings, depending on your role and subscription tier.

Dashboard cards

The dashboard is built from configurable cards. Each card shows a focused piece of information. Over a dozen card types are available:

Role-based layouts

SOPHIE provides preset dashboard layouts based on your role so you do not have to configure everything from scratch:

  • Admin -- Focuses on compliance overview, team workload, and pending approvals. Designed for practice owners and office managers who need the big picture.
  • Manager -- Highlights team performance, acknowledgement rates, and action items. Built for department leads who manage a team.
  • Team Member -- Shows your personal SOPs, pending acknowledgements, and daily tasks. Keeps things simple and focused on what you need to do.

You can switch between these presets at any time or build your own custom layout.

Customizing your dashboard

  1. Click the Customize button on your dashboard.
  2. Add or remove cards to match what you care about.
  3. Drag cards to rearrange them in your preferred order.
  4. Your layout is saved automatically.

Your customization is personal -- it does not affect what other team members see on their dashboards.

Real-time updates

The dashboard updates in real time using live connections. When a team member acknowledges a SOP, submits a document for approval, or completes a task, your dashboard reflects the change immediately without needing to refresh the page.
