Action Items (Fix List)

Action Items -- also called the Fix List -- are AI-generated recommendations that identify what needs attention in your practice operations.

How action items work

SOPHIE's analysis engine reviews your workspace data and generates prioritized action items based on:

  • SOPs with low acknowledgement rates
  • Overdue procedures
  • Missing SOPs identified by gap analysis
  • Team performance trends
  • Compliance risks

Each action item includes:

Viewing action items

Navigate to Action Items in the sidebar. Items are sorted by priority, with critical items at the top.

Filtering

  • Filter by priority level
  • Filter by department or category
  • Search by title or description

Actions

For each action item, you can:

  • Complete -- Mark as resolved when you've addressed it
  • Dismiss -- Remove if not applicable
  • Archive -- Keep for reference but remove from active list
  • View related entity -- Navigate to the SOP or item that triggered the recommendation

Manual action items

In addition to AI-generated items, you can create manual action items to track operational fixes that you've identified yourself.

Refreshing action items

Click Refresh to trigger a new analysis. SOPHIE will re-evaluate your workspace data and update the action item list with fresh recommendations.

AI required

Action items require AI features to be enabled in your workspace settings. Without AI, you can still create manual items.
