SOPHIE integrates with popular tools to extend its capabilities and fit into your existing workflows.

Slack​

Connect SOPHIE to your Slack workspace to receive notifications where your team already communicates.

Setup​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack.
  2. Click Connect to Slack.
  3. Authorize SOPHIE to post to your Slack workspace.
  4. Select which channels should receive notifications.

What gets posted​

  • SOP submissions and approvals
  • Acknowledgement reminders
  • Action items and alerts
  • Team activity updates

Loom​

Embed Loom videos directly into your SOPs for visual, step-by-step procedure documentation.

Setup​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Loom.
  2. Connect your Loom account.

Usage​

When editing a SOP, paste a Loom video URL into the editor. SOPHIE automatically embeds the video player so team members can watch the procedure inline.

Google​

Connect Google services for authentication and calendar integration.

Email​

SOPHIE sends transactional emails automatically:

  • Invitation emails to new team members
  • Notification emails for SOP events
  • IP access request notifications
  • Password reset emails

Email delivery is configured at the system level and requires no workspace-level setup.
